Curriculum

The program leverages the expertise and resources of both MIT xPRO and the state-of-the-art Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at MIT to offer a curriculum that is at the forefront of AI research and education. The expertly curated curriculum will hone your executive leadership skills and explore key AI business applications, including AI and machine learning, design of AI-based products, and how AI is revolutionizing the workplace and nature of work.

The immersive learning experience combines 10 days of in-person sessions on the MIT campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with 14 weeks of online and live online sessions. In addition to the core curriculum, you will have the opportunity to participate in team-building activities, masterclasses with practitioners, a campus tour, and networking events during the in-person modules.

Action Learning Project

The Action Learning Project is a key part of the program. Guided by a coach, you will apply knowledge from the classroom to prepare an action plan that identifies and solves a real-world business problem in your organization using AI. Regular check-in sessions and feedback from your program facilitator and peers will assist you in refining your road map.
