Program Curriculum

The program’s immersive nine-month learning journey highlights the connection between system improvement methodologies, workforce technologies, and emerging topics in the manufacturing industry. The thread that ties these three elements together is strategic thinking from a leadership perspective. The teaching approach for this program will focus on each of the three listed elements with a core focus on leadership and strategy.

Networking Event | (2 Days | In Person)

The program concludes with an optional two-day in-person networking event on the MIT campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, during which you’ll get the opportunity to interact and network with your peers and program faculty.

The program equips them with effective strategy, technology, and people skills in the age of Industry 4.0 to excel in leadership positions in their organizations.

The program is particularly beneficial for:

  • Current C-suite and senior manufacturing leaders who are looking to build people skills and strategic capabilities by leveraging technology and drive change within the organization
  • Aspiring senior manufacturing leaders who are keen to build on their technical expertise with business, executive decision making, and communication skills and step up to a leadership role

Participants are required to have:

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
