Tools and Resources

The MERN stack is a popular JavaScript stack used for a smooth, ultra-efficient development process. MERN consists of four different open-source components: MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js. These components provide end-to-end framework support for developers. MIT faculty believe that using MERN (with ReactJS) is the best stack for this course, as React is easier to use given it has a pre-built UI library. The program uses these tools and resources:
