This course is designed to deliver best-in-class specialized skills for project management focused not solely on agile for software development but on a range of practical project management skills applicable in a non-software environment. Experiential Projects

Throughout this program, you will create three separate projects: two mini capstones and a final capstone project. The mini capstone projects are designed to help you apply the concepts covered in each of the first two sections of the course. The final capstone project will help you bring it all together to create a larger project that you can add to your professional portfolio.

Section 1: Mini Capstone Project

To demonstrate your knowledge of the concepts covered in Modules 1 through 6, you will create and present a project plan.

Section 2: Mini Capstone Project

To demonstrate your knowledge of the concepts covered in Modules 7 through 12, you will create an agile plan for your own organization.



Final Capstone Project

For your final capstone project, you will be applying one or more of the tools from the three-course sequence to a project of your choice to add to your professional portfolio.
